Buck (whose voiceover was done by writer Kevin Curran and in special episodes by Cheech Marin) is the family dog of the Bundy Family. He is often "heard" by the audience through voiceovers that tell us what is on his mind. He is just as disgusted with the family as the others. Peggy dotes on him, sometimes even cooking for him, which says a lot! Buck was the first dog of the Bundy Family. He "dies" in episode 1003 called: "Requiem for a Dead Briard" to allow the ten-year-old Briard that portrayed him to retire, although he was immediately reincarnated as Lucky, the American Cocker Spaniel. But nobody in the family realised this. Buck, the Briard died in 1999. He was a lovable character and missed by the audience.
